August 24 - Parma:

It's time to leave Valpolicella and head to Parma. In the morning, you will participate in a

cooking class to learn how to make fresh pasta with your own hands. You will then have lunch

enjoying what you have prepared accompanied by good local wine. In the afternoon, guided tour and

tasting in a traditional balsamic vinegar cellar. You will then leave for Tuscany. Dinner at the

hotel and overnight stay in San Gimignano, at the Villa San Paolo hotel.
