Antipasti 

  • Passion fruit marinated  oysters.

  • Tuna tartare, soy dressing and sesame seed oil, spicy sprouts.

  • Marinated cuttlefish served with cucumbers zucchini, hazelnuts,

  • Crispy slow  roasted octopus on balsamic vinegar served with celery and potato.

  • Seared or marinated razor clams according to market availability.

  • Seared scallops with Tabbouleh sauce

  • Grilled squid flavored with thyme, Treviso Radicchio and raw marinated langoustines scampi in Modena balsamic vinegar.

  • Peppered mussels with tomato and ginger scent.

  • Sea bream carpaccio with citrus fruits and pink pepper.

  • Trio of cicchetti alla veneziana - Whipped cod fish and plums, Prawns in soar, marinated amberjack and sour fruits.

  • Canocchie marinated in mustard or baked au gratin

Primi Piatti

  • Seafood risotto, with a splash of black cuttlefish

  • Venetian risotto, Black squid ink

  • Seafood Lasagna

Secondi Piatti

  • Sea bass fillet wrapped in eggplants served with arugula and cherry tomatoes and taggiasca olives (crushed potatoes in winter time)

  • Baked fish according to the market with cherry tomatoes potatoes

  • Sea salt crust Baked fish

Dessert

Philadelphia semifreddo with mint berries and green pepper.
