The property itself is made up of two internally connected buildings – the Maso – which is the larger of the two – and the Masetto – which is the smaller one. In the winter months this designated UNESCO World Heritage site is considered one of the leading ski resorts in the Italian Alps and is truly a skier’s paradise! You’ll enjoy On-Piste to Off-Piste Skiing that, thanks to a private snowcat mobile, will have you there in just five minutes! You will also have use of a private slope nearby where you can experience night skiing by torches or you can opt to ski on one of three world level competition slopes – which just so happen to be the Ski World Cup slopes! With 1200km of slopes, the Dolomites is a dream destination for skiers from around the globe. And don’t worry – even if you aren’t a skier there are plenty of non-ski related activities – such as dog sledding, snowshoeing and much, much more.

Your Private Chef will be there with his team to fully cater your ski holiday – including breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. All meals will be curated using only the finest and highest quality ingredients and are served with the finest Italian wines and spirits handpicked by Chef Anthony himself. You will be served by a professional wait staff consisting of one to three waiters depending on the number of guests. Guests can also request concierge services in advance. In addition, any specific dietary requirements, food allergies or any other specific requests will be taken into consideration as well and he will be happy to accommodate when possible.

Chef Anthony pays close attention to every detail in preparing Kosher (Kasher) food. He goes above and beyond to ensure your food is better than you ever imagined always in close supervision with local Rav (Rabbi). Same attention is made on preparing halal food by choosing any ingredients according to Muslim laws.

Your Private Chef will also serve as your tour guide to exclusive gourmet tours. These include a day trip via helicopter to Venice where you’ll cruise around Venice and its islands in a luxury sailboat while dining on lunch prepared by Chef Anthony that will feature seafood, caviar and the best local sparkling wines. Or perhaps you will choose a day trip via helicopter to Parma food valley – also a UNESCO World Heritage site – where you’ll witness the production of Parmigiano Reggiano in the cheese dairy factory where it happens, head to where the traditional Balsamic vinegar of Reggio Emilia is produced, aged and processed and then finish your day with a cooking class in a Parma’villa with Chef Anthony and the villa’s owner, Antonia, as your instructors. A third alternative is a day trip to Treviso where you’ll tour a sturgeon farm, learn how the caviar is extracted and then prepared with a meticulous process – all by hand. Afterwards you’ll visit and tour a winery estate in the heart of Valdobbiadene – another UNESCO World Heritage site and home of the finest Prosecco di Valdobbiadene Superiore sparkling wine – where you will enjoy lunch prepared by Chef Anthony featuring caviar and bubbles.

You’ll start each of your days with a hearty and scrumptious breakfast consisting of a continental buffet featuring a daily breakfast cake, authentic Italian cold cuts, fresh croissants baked daily, dunnarts and an array of freshly squeezed juices. You may also request made-to-order eggs, omelets or the daily frittata special. Lunch can be served at the chalet, or you may request it to go and includes freshly made sandwiches with delicious snacks – both of which you can stow in your backpack to take on the ski slopes or even for a picnic in the warmer weather.

Your dinners are perhaps the highlight of your stay in this luxury ski chalet. Chef Anthony will plan and prepare thematic dinners nightly – such as a caviar-based dinner one evening and a truffle-based dinner the next. On another evening he may have a hamburger night or perhaps an indoor barbeque on the unique grill that sits right inside your chalet. And of course, he uses only the highest quality beef and meats including Italian Chianina, Miyazaki beef, Kobe beef and American Angus. Then on your last night you will be treated to a formal farewell dinner featuring local hunted wild game and the finest selection of local wines available.
