Chef Anthony's Cooking Experience. By booking a cooking class guest doesn't book just a cooking lesson but a full culinary experience with The Italian Elixir. Our cooking experiences are a full dinner when some of the dishes are prepared from you. Let see an example: Starting the class with some local finger foods. Preparing the cooking class table and ingredients. Preparing the dish together with the guests. As the food is ready we set the table to enjoy our own prepared dish. Chef Antony will serve the main course. We finish in joy with a local dessert. We can add an option , even paring some great wines for the event to have a full food and wine experience.
